Quick NDA automation

Needed to send out an NDA fast. Used Legitt's NDA Automation. It was quick and simple. Got the document generated and sent for signature in minutes. No complaints, it did what I needed.

Good value for annual plan

I was looking for something to manage contracts and saw Legitt had an annual billing option. I usually go for monthly to test things out, but the discount for annual was significant enough that I went for it. Used the AI Contract Generator for a few sales contracts. It's definitely saved me a good chunk of money compared to what I was paying before. For what I got, it felt like a worthwhile investment, especially with that annual savings.

Consistent and reliable

I've used Legitt several times now for various contract needs. This last time I used the AI Contract Review for a new vendor agreement, and it was just as thorough and quick as previous experiences. Always appreciate the consistency. It's why I keep coming back, honestly. No surprises, which is what you want with legal tech.

Generally positive, minor quirks

I signed up for Legitt mainly for the AI Legal Assistant and Contract Repository features. Setup was pretty smooth, and the AI assistant was helpful for quick questions about some clauses. I did notice that sometimes the Smart Search could be a bit finicky with specific keywords; it took a few tries to get the exact document I was looking for. But overall, for the price and the features, it's a solid platform. Customer service was responsive when I had a question about API integration, which was a plus. Definitely a step up from our old system, even with the small search issue.

Super easy to use

So, I needed to get some employment agreements drafted up, and a friend told me about Legitt. I jumped on it, tried their Employment Agreement Generator, and it was super straightforward. Didn't have to fuss around with a ton of options, just put in what I needed and it spit out a pretty solid draft. The e-Signature part worked without a hitch too. Felt pretty good about it, saved me a bunch of time.

do they have a free plan or something? just wanna test it out without committing to a whole subscription.

A Andre Reyes 2 months ago
Yep, they have a freemium model. You can start for free, I think it gives you basic access to some features.

K Kate 2 months ago
There's definitely a free trial, I did the 14-day one. It lets you get a feel for the main tools before you decide.

what if I sign up and hate it? can I cancel my subscription easily?

K Kevin Osei 2 months ago
Yes, you can cancel anytime. I haven't done it myself but saw it clearly stated in their terms.

From what I remember, you can cancel before your next billing cycle without a problem. Just check your account settings.

I'm in Austin, TX. If I sign up today, how long until I can actually start using the AI contract generation and stuff?

J Josh 2 months ago
It's all online, so pretty much immediately after you sign up and activate your account. No physical delivery or anything to wait for.

Yeah, I signed up from California and it was instant access. Just make sure your payment goes through, and you're good to go.

can I really trust this with sensitive legal docs? is my data actually safe?

F Faith Foster 1 month ago
They're SOC2 certified, so that's a pretty good sign for data security. I've been using it for a while and haven't had any issues.
3
N Nick V. 1 month ago
Yeah, SOC2 is a big deal. Means they've got good controls in place. My company's legal team vetted them pretty hard before we started using it.

thinking about getting the annual plan to save some cash. how much is the discount usually?

A Alex Z. 2 months ago
They usually give you 20% off if you pay yearly instead of monthly. It adds up over time.
3
D Daisy Brooks 2 months ago
It's 20% for the annual switch, confirmed that when I signed up last quarter.

Is this Legitt AI thing really better than say, DocuSign's CLM? I'm trying to compare options.

T Todd Romero 2 months ago
I've used both. Legitt's AI for drafting and review feels more advanced, like it actually understands legal nuances better. DocuSign CLM is solid for e-signatures, but the AI part is where Legitt shines.
2
S Sam F. 2 months ago
Yeah, Legitt's strength is definitely the AI agents for legal stuff. DocuSign is more general e-sign focused, so depends on what you need more.

I saw some codes mentioned online but don't see anywhere to put them in the checkout flow. how do you apply a promo code?

T Troy 2 months ago
I think a lot of their discounts, especially for annual plans, are just applied automatically at checkout. Or for specific promos, it might be through a special link.
6
M Mike K. 2 months ago
Yeah, for the annual discount, it just shows up as a lower price. If it's a specific partner code, it usually directs you to a unique sign-up page where it's already pre-applied.

hey, trying to figure out if this is actually a good deal. Saw something about 50% off for startups, is that still happening?

W Wendy S. 2 months ago
Yeah, I remember seeing that too. I think it's usually tied to early-stage companies, maybe check if there's a specific application for it.

K Kevin Kim 2 months ago
They do offer startup discounts, but it's not always 50%. Sometimes it's founder credits or a different percentage. Best to ask their sales team directly during a demo call, they usually explain all the current offers.
